Exciting Day Camps for March Break and Summer Holidays

Our camps are fun and dynamic and take place in a secure environment with caring and qualified teachers.

Our day camps take place on the school campus and the counselors are all Manor staff. Both the March Break Camp (1 week duration) and our Summer Camp (up to 9 weeks duration in July and August) comprise outdoor time with soccer programs, paddling pools/sprinklers, neighbourhood walks, tennis programs and unstructured playground play. The indoor element includes cooking, yoga, musical workshops, drama, organized arts & crafts and free play based on ‘theme’ weeks. Some themes include; dress up week, drama, transportation, nature, science, beading, cooking, nature, etc.

Each week a specialist is invited into the school or the campers take a bus to an organized program. The specialist visitors can include a puppet show, music & drama workshop, tennis and soccer programs, science workshops, art workshops and children’s entertainers (magician, clown, face painting etc). Our off site visits can include Toronto Botanical Gardens, local farms, museums, indoor playgrounds, art galleries, pottery programs and cooking master classes.

Campers bring a lunch and snacks are provided, and extended hours care is available (8 am – 6 pm). Half-day and full-day programs are available for campers 2.5 -9 years. old. Our camps are only on offer for Manor Montessori enrolled students.
