Club Descriptions:
Dance & Movement - $160
Jan 6- Feb 24 - Movement and dance play a big part in a child’s growth. When children move, they’re not just using their bodies, they're thinking, exploring, and showing who they are. Through rhythm and dance, Ms Luna will guide the children in finding new ways to express themselves, work together, and gain confidence. Every step and spin helps them grow not only physically, but also emotionally and socially. Purposeful movements help them to build grace, independence, and a love for culture and community. As part of the course, children will explore gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and simple choreography that encourage body awareness, balance, and joyful movement.
Yoga - $140
Jan 9 - March 16, no classes on Jan 23 or Feb 13 (7 sessions) - Join Mrs Fujino for lunchtime yoga. *Stretch like a cat, pose like a crocodile, a dog, or a snake—stand tall like a tree!
